Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Packuumbags purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@packuumbags.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, items purchased more than 30 days ago, personalized or custom products, and items marked as non-returnable at purchase.
